Design Brief
Microsoft would send out monthly emails to Business Sponsors (Microsoft Full Time Employees that managed External Staff) to gather information on why their staff was inactive for more than 30 days. This was a manual process where an individual in Corporate HR would monitor a special inbox and reply to the Business Sponsors one by one to gather the needed information.

DESIGN METHODOLOGY
I’ve adopted a design approach similar to the 5 phases of Project Management. Instructional Design (be it ADDIE, Merrill's Principles of Instruction, Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction, or Bloom's Taxnonomy) and Project Management are very closely related, with each of the 5 stages mapping seamlessly together. Be it SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile, or a Hybrid of any of the two, there is always an aspect of Instructional Design when thinking of the end product. How will the project benefit or look like to those who will use it?
Instructional design and project management are inherently similar in their systematic approach to achieving objectives. Both disciplines require careful planning, resource allocation, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication throughout the process. As a master of both fields, I seamlessly integrate instructional design methodologies into project management practices, ensuring that projects not only meet organizational goals but also effectively engage learners. My expertise lies in strategically aligning instructional objectives with project deliverables, maximizing efficiency and impact. By combining these skills, I consistently drive successful outcomes in both educational and project-based settings.
ENVISION
Coming up with an abstract idea on how to solve a problem
DEFINE
Making the abstract idea concrete with personas, interviews and other research avenues
TEST
Creation of a working prototype and testing usability
DESIGN
Drawing insights from the data collected in the test phase to create wire frames and layouts
DEPLOY
Finalizing prototypes into a working product with the help of the dev team
